Depending on where you and your team sit within the digital product lifecycle, we have some options for this course:

Focus on Delivery – sustainability in scrum as an example. How Might We bring Nature into our planning, our backlogs, our iterations and our releases.

Focus on Design – personas and nature as a stakeholder, in Customer Journey maps, Empathy mapping, and other design and discovery techniques.

A longer course focusing on both design and delivery is also available.

Who is this course for?

In particular, this course was created for:

• Agile teams creating a digital product who lack the tools and techniques to improve sustainability
• Design and delivery teams who struggle to integrate sustainable techniques into their routines and process
• Heads of product, Scrum Masters and team leads who want to help their teams delivering more sustainable products

Available Formats:

The course has three options that are available either online or in-person.

1. 3 hour workshop introducing sustainability to the design OR delivery aspect of your product lifecylce
2. 6 hour workshop to introduce sustainability the full product development lifecycle – both design AND delivery
3. 2.5 days as a combination of workshops and preliminary meetings. This option helps you to redesign your product development lifecycle to include sustainability throughout your product development process.
