Green PO’s prioritisation game is a way of experimenting with “green” prioritisation factors in a relaxed setting, enabling you to prioritise for people, planet and profit.

Focus on awareness of product sustainability factors – introduces the attendees to the why and what needs to change within our existing feature prioritisation techniques.
Half day session – starts with the same foundation as outlined above before diving into creating an individual or team prioritisation technique to be taken aware for use by the attendee.
