Our directors and Advisors bring over 70 YEARS of experience in technology: from software and product development, to ways of working and delivery all the way through to strategy, technology leadership and impactful training. We know digital products and how to build them successfully across a diverse range of sectors and industries.
As we navigate the evolution of the digital landscape we realised that the world needs to think way beyond technology to build for a more sustainable future. We’ve embraced sustainability, regeneration, circularity and beyond to bring our unique courses and consultancy to you.

The thing about advice is – it is very easy to give the wrong advice when you don’t take the time to understand the holistic picture. That’s why all of our consultancy starts with discovery. In order for us to give you the best advice, the first part of every consultancy engagement is spent looking at your business, it’s processes, tools and how your people work. We share our findings with you, before co-creating a plan of action to decarbonise your digital, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of your processes, and ultimately reduce costs.

Discovery
Lets get real – one size never fits all! While our existing training can start you on your digital sustainability journey, a tailored and emergent plan of action will enable you to make the changes you want to save you time, budget and reduce your digital emissions.
Our discovery process combines quick surveys and qualitative interviews to understand the holistic picture of your business. We gather information to identify carbon heavy digital processes and products, and surface process bottlenecks. As we navigate the journey your people will think differently about data, the digital estate and waste. From this will emerge our key learning and training recommendations to unlock process and digital emissions improvements.
To move from discovery into action, we facilitate a meaningful exploration of the findings and recommendations. We will then co-create the way forward with you and your teams. We will work with you to deliver your objectives with any identified training, coaching, facilitation and strategy sessions that align with your needs.
